Please read carefully before sending us your items
We preffer
- cotton or denim pants (more than 60% cotton),
- cotton or cotton blend sweatshirts & hoodies (more than 60% cotton)
- T-shirts in excellent condition (cotton or cotton blend, more than 60% cotton)
- sweat pants (cotton or cotton blend, more than 60% cotton)
- shirts (cotton or cotton blend, more than 50% cotton)
- flanel shirts in excellent condition,
- outerwear, shoes, accessories
- other items individually via the confirmation process.
We preffer

We do not accept:
- Toddlers clothes & shoes,
- shoes for adults,
- items in poor condition or low quality composition materials (usualy those are from fast fashion brands),
- overworn and overwashed items, items with peeling or permanent stains
- complex adults & kids outerwear,
- women's blouses made of polyester/silk/viscose,
- ultra tight and stretchy women's tops
- stretchy women's jeans
- garments for adults or children with complex applications and plastified embellishments
- evening gowns
- socks & underwear
For lower quality items, please consider other options and possible channels of circular behavior (for example donations to Humana, Red Cross, … ).
Evaluate your Pre-Loved items
While ESTI delivers highly accurate estimates for most used clothing items, it is important to remember that these are estimates and not final valuations. The stated value is defined as such for the purposes of the Hishka System and is calculated according to Hishka's criteria. We accept no responsibility for any form of use of ESTI** outside the Hishka System.
Items Quality Assessment
- NEW - Original packaging or price tag still attached. Item is not permanently damaged or stretched out.
- MINT - Like new, never worn or washed. Item is not permanently damaged or stretched out.
- EXCELENT - Very well taken care of, almost no signs of use.
- VERY GOOD - Little signs of use, gently worn. Item has been worn and may show some imperfections or some signs of use. The seams may be twisted, but the item is not stretched out and is not overwashed.

Upload clear and well-lit images
- Upload 2 or more photos and let our 💖 AI agent evaluate your items with 3 FREE AI Estimations.
- Take photos in natural daylight — no flash
- Capture the item on a plain, flat surface
- Include a close-up of labels, fabric texture and any flaws
- Show the front, back, and any details (zippers, buttons, pockets)

you can send us your items after receiving the email confirmation and original shipping label which you can print out.
We can always talk and arrange for local pickup
After submitting your items to the ESTI©
- We will check your submitted items list for the accuracy of the descriptions and the needs of HISHKA lines.
- After verification process you will receive a personal note with a confirmation and the original shipping label via email.
- We will carefully examine your items to ensure they match our valuation criteria Only the original shipping label is the proof of confirmation.
! We will not accept any items or packages without previous confirmation. All the packages send to us without the original shipping label will be returned on the cost of the sender or donated to charit
